Can using tape change my eye shape?

I recently noticed that by pulling a bit on the side of my eyes gives me the shape of the left eye in the photo, is there a way to effectively make it naturally more shaped like that? My first idea is to use tape to keep my eyes pulled into that position, will this yield any results? If not is there a better way to achieve this naturally?

just keep your natural eye shape dawg you look absolutely retarded with the left eye shape
But for your answer no eye tape doesnt work you need a canthoplasty
