I was at the store the other day and saw many supplements but also saw gummy versions of them. Like magnesium, ashwaghanda, Zinc, etc.

I wonder if those vitamins or nutrients can be absorbed by the body even tho its gummies, because I heard somewhere vitamins cant be absorbed with sugar but just making sure.

All is cope except Vitamin D3
it depends on how effectively the supplement is absorbed ,
Creatine , whey(maybe), MSM , Vita C (overdose) , NAC , Astaxanthin,Omega 3, pottasium are not cope
idk about the rest
 
What about brocels on here that have difficulty swallowing pills?

They have to eat the gummies for the supplement

Sugar wont affect absorption for any of those supplements. Any fat soluble supplements SHOULD be taken w fat/a meal, KADE. Also learn to do ur own research.

Idk how to speak english well so idk how to articulate the research. And spanish sources arent good tbh
