They have a respectable culture regardless, but to me white just means different subsects of European culture + a shared ethnic/genetic line. I'd say I don't consider them white for that reason, partly because they're muslim too. Also historically there was obviously a divide between ottoman moggers and most of Europe. Though I guess if I bring the muslim part into question, you'd talk about whether you'd still consider Bosniaks white. Although I'd still consider them white, they have more in common ethnically with their European neighbors than Turks do. Lot of Turks in Bulgaria (superior Aryan country) too.
