Exotic features in general are seen as more attractive, as Long as still looks good. So if the world was majority blue eyes then darker eyes would be considered more attractive. But cause majority is dark brown, blue eyes and hazel eyes are considered the most attractive. I would say blue edges over hazel as its considered the most striking

Majority of the Europeans have coloured eyes and it also happens that Europeans phenotypically have pronounced brow-ridges on average and more square orbitals. That's why you see a lot of them with good eye shape. Not always the case.
