Can we grow taller after 25 ?

Bone is living tissue so I don’t see why theoretically it can’t be reversed. Even though the chrondocytes are dead and are osteocytes I don’t see why the bone marrow can’t push and grow new cells out from the center. This would require genetic engineering far beyond current capabilities. Ask me again in 2 decades.

Yes of course you can, Dr Mike GREW on YT might help. To sum it up, Grewing is basically standing on your toes for as long as possible ( which is the correct foot posture btw), i've seen peoples growing 7 inches in a year, their famil don't even recognize them!!!!
