Somebody tried it?

Maybe looksmaxers will find solution to inject fillers ourselves so we dont have to pay 1000buck for 5mns of injection

I talked about it with my doc who usually does botox on me. It's one of the easiest injections to do and there's a ton of tutorials and videos of people doing it themselves on youtube. The main danger is in doing too much or going through the muscle and having it go to the wrong place. It could lead to your eyelid drooping down for 3 months for example.

I can't spend 350 euros on it every two months so I've been thinking about the same thing.

Fillers are more complicated though and I would not fuck around with that shit.

Botox is one of the dumbest things in the looksmaxxing world. You want to increase muscle tone, not lose it.

"The face is an ever-evolving structure that changes over a lifetime. Botox aims to halt the decline, but long-term overuse of the drug can lead to atrophy of the muscles, which can be particularly noticeable around the eyes, where the face can appear inadvertently aged - despite the lack of wrinkles. This tell-tale sign of treatment.

“At best, it’s a waste of money; at worst, there’s potential to make people look older in the long term. One complication of Botox is muscle atrophy, where muscles begin to waste away if they’re not used for a period of time. In younger women, the effects can be quite significant,” he says.

“As the muscle thins around the eyes, you lose volume and padding and can end up seeing the outlines of bones. This can result in an aged appearance,” Dr. McKeown adds.

In other words, women looking to literally stop time might be unknowingly making themselves look older."

If you think of the facial bones as "scaffolding" for facial tissue and skin, the bone loss can contribute to that drooping, deflated look, explained study author Dr. Robert Shaw Jr., chief resident in the division of plastic surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N.Y.

The original thought was that skin goes through changes, such as a loss of elasticity and fat, so the primary approach to facial rejuvenation was skin tightening procedures," Shaw said. "But a lot of faces never looked like they did when they were younger. Patients bring in pictures and say they want to go back to that look, but they can never really go back to that look just by tightening their skin alone. If there are changes to those underlying structures it's going to change the appearance of how the skin looks.

Botox is mostly used on your forehead to get rid of the vertical lines so what you said does not apply.

You're paying high prices because the doctors know: where, how and how much to inject and especially where not.
Unless you know all of this you'll fuck up yourself.

how did you make sure you won't hit a blood vessel? And iirc the hyaluron pen only injects directly under the skin, so wouldn't that cause migration? where did you inject btw?

I studied how the main blood vessels run. And based around that, went to find where they run on my face.
Most dangerous, are 1/2 vessels that can cause blindness when a good amount of filler comes into those. I identified where they ran on my face. And stayed away from that area

migration is unavoidable
where did you inject btw?
chin, jaw, jawline, cheekbone, temple-ish region, lips, undereyes area
