Dont, he got good results because it was subtle. Jaw implants which are too big always look bloated and unnatural.

Definitely not.

Genioplasty results in gaps / steps in the mandible and results in the chin looking glued onto the face IMO.

This is of course when you're talking advancement of ~10mm or more.

Anything less is a waste in most cases.

your gonna look like a ken doll my man. if your so recessed that you need 1cm of chin projection, you probably have a recessed mandible and need bimax.
