It’s a more natural diet but cook the beef don’t eat it raw that’s fucking weird. Eggs are a super food and also make sure you eat nutrients

Eat raw meat in moderation and be careful about sourcing it, I'm completely fine eating it but maybe it's because of my horn African genes, its called kitfo

But all other raw "superfoods" I'm quite skeptical about, I'm only fine with raw meat because I'm accustomed to it
