If you think about it could do must because the weight must put pressure on the pelvis

Anterior Pelvic Tilt is stupid. Most guys don't have it, it's normal to have an arch in your lower back since the spine isn't 100% straight, it slightly curves at the bottom and at the top in opposite directions.

If you want a better posture, just gymmax by getting all your muscle groups as strong as possible (Shoulders, lower back, upper back, lats, neck, chest, abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings) and your posture will be 100% perfect and you will look much more dominant and masculine than the vast majority of men since their weak muscles are the cause of their weak ugly beta posture.

Yes but it would be because of the muscles that combat APT becoming to weak to support correct posture. Weak glutes, weak abs, tight hip flexors. You can be a fat fuck and if you have strong glutes and abs you’ll be fine.

Also ^ @copingvolcel is correct majority of people do not have APT, and if they do it’s just slight due to consistent sitting. Strengthen glutes/abs and stretch your hip flexors it’ll reverse
