The opposite will happen but the more animal saturated fat you eat, the more hooded your eyes become (broscience, but has been the case with me - upper eye fat has increased maybe 40%).

it is visa versa: weight loss might make your eyes rounder: the fat pads under the lower eyelid push the lower lid upwards.

You lose this fatpad: the eyelid drops down.
