Can widening the maxilla or getting a marpe make your esr more ideal

Like I have an esr of 53 and by widening the maxilla like getting a marpe could it reduce it and bring it down to at least like 51 or 50 and at the same time it would help the zygomatic width making your eyes look more narrow?
