Well there’s a 10 second cooldown between each post.

So if we only count the time he spent posting

20620 X 10 =206,200
Divide that by 60, roughly 3436 minutes, divide by 60 again.

A minimum of 57 hours.

Obviously he spent much more

Lurking, pms, profile posts, etc.
