Doesn’t protein get used up for like bone ossification or something? If the protein is used up on other places, can’t that cause a problem?

That’s not the point. Muscle saps protein from the bone, leaving less protein for the bone to ossificate. It’s not a binary process

As long as you eat sufficient protein this is irrelevant, there is plenty of amino acids to go around.

No. Think of protein in bone growth it as the construction materials of a building. Having the materials to build the building is important, but having more materials doesn’t make the construction go faster, nor does it make the building taller. Respectfully, you might want to research the stuff you are posting about more before making a thread about it. Many users would be absolutely crucifying you right now.
