Can y’all rate me and tell me what I need to improve on

I’ve lost roughly 10 pounds of fat and gained 5 in muscle in the past few months. I still have some excess fat in the stomach and thighs I’m working on. My gym routine is tennis twice a week, football 4 times a week. I just reran my mile and did 6 down from 11 2 years ago. I’m 6’2, 14 years old and 168 LBS.

get leaner, you are high bodyfat%. start there you will get alot more angularity in your face and jaw and physique gains

same. cut the pubestache, use castor oil to grow out our eyebrows and eyelashes, keep up the gym grind. Seems like one of your pupils is slightly different from the other which is totally normal, you can fix this by training the lazier eye by covering good eye and doing things like thrownjnf and catching a ball, watching tv, playing video games etc.
