How tf people even get to 100kg as a teenager? Doing sports is literally meta for teenagers (Now its to late for you tho).

Ltn, get to the gym asap, 15 min Light cardio at the beginning then resistance training then like 30/1hour cardio and leave.

Diet just eat less and avoid sugar stuff.

Yeah dude ik i was a bitch back then but now im in the gym

At least, you acknowledge that. Lock in, be consistent and in under a year you will laugh at this picture you posted in here. (You dont look bad tho).

good eye area dawg but like lose weight and debloat

ltn you have a pretty common problem, u lack facial depth which is why even after you lose weight you wont have any angularity you are hardcapped at mtn without sugery

But i am hopefully getting an MSE soon, but i doubt that it will do anything to ascend me

bloated face, wide nose, bad nose to mouth ratio, uniquel facial thirds, pointy chin, asimmetrical face, weak facial structure n some more things
Things i can do to fix or ascend to mtn
 
U got a routine or how does it work
my routine is js to hit when it the pain from the last time I did goes away. u need smth hard, I use my knuckles. It js be hitting my zygos n chin hard, trying to keep it balanced tho so it wont be assymetrical.
js found a guide online, seems pretty legit

decent looks, the main thing i see is big nose, eye asymmetry and haircut, also as previous guys said start losing fat.
