I take a few gummies a day but they contain like 5-10mg per gummy. Not enough in my opinion for a huge effect.

Still worth it tho.

Its very mild, maybe even less than nicotine if ur trynna get a quick buzz. Its supposed to work in the background thru out the day tho, never tried doing that tho, taking thru day
