Can you actually hide pretty extremely recessed infras w concealer, tinted ss or bb cream?

it depends on how bad it looks, but for the most part id say no (if its an extreme case)

edit: you can still technically look fine/good, but your problem is more of a structural problem rather than "oh ill just cover my eye bags". its only cream at the end of the day, if your infra orbitals are quite sunken in it wouldn't cover it up completely
