Can you avoid ruining your posture by using elevator shoes?

Can anterior pelvic tilt and lumbar lordosis be avoided by doing yoga and training sports with minimal barefoot shoes?
 
I have yet to see a single case of a fixed APT

Dont use them

I tried them as a 5'8 manlet and they are literally like walking in heels

Use 1 inch lifts in your shoes and use a sports brand. The ones I have are sick.

Don't go higher than 1.5 inches or you will just be fucking yourself up
 
Depends on how long you wear them tbh, I wear 3 inches but I usually don't spend more than 5 hours outside so never had posture issues since I spend 19 hours with proper posturs
