Can you bald early if non of your family members were bald at 20?

The only person who is almost bald is my maternal grandfather but he had quite good hair until his 40's. I notice im shedding alot of hair at 19, is it possible that i bald like him but 20 years earlier? He had a much more stressful life then me tbh, doesn't make sense

Might be alopecia arteta. But tbh anything can happen. Go to dermatologist and check hair thickness and pigmentation.
