Depends on your face. Height alone wont get you matches off apps most of the time. But there are tons of height fetishist girls, especially short girls who will fuck any tall guy who gives them a chance. You would need to have severe autism to completely pass up all these opportunities.

Face > height. I'm normie, 6'1 with 4-5/10 face and I never get anything from my above average height. When I go out with my friends 4+ inches shorter than me with 6+/10 faces, they get approached by average girls while I rarely get any attention from girls. Of course height matter. If I was 5'7 with my face, I would probably never touch a girl, but it's not like : you are tall, girls don't care about your face and just suck your dick right away.
