You could build muscle while on a PCT after a cycle but there are so many variables on this

PCT stands for Post Cycle Therapy and it's used to "get your balls working again" and produce test again since you stop your LH, FSH and T production using AAS.

That being said you're 17, probably started going to the gym 2 months ago and already talking about steroids, you're a moron that doesn't even know what he's doing.

Buy a Test booster, they won't do shit but you'll feel the placebo working and start thinking you're the shit.

15 and my puberty started way to fucking early,also I was going to the gym for 8 motnhs,and I was doing at least 2 years of calisthenics but I wasn’t consistent enough and I skipped working out sometimes while doing calisthenics

Once you're past puberty and your HPTA is balanced enough, you may start cycling with no real side effects
Maybe a limp dick due to prolactin spikes, a bad mood since your e2 are getting out of range and chill stuff

But if he suppresses himself to a point that he can't feel his dick anymore, he'd probably hop off the day after, making fluctuations heavier and probably making things worse

Also, stay away from 19-nors, they're the devil

The studies I've seen used them in high doses just to get a mediocre benefit compared to regular roids.
Your basically LARPing with low doses.
