Not really, only canthoplasty or canthoplexy can do that for you. Fat grafting can reduce under eye hollowing or upper eyelid exposure, but it won't affect your tilt.

Looks unatural and gets botched a lot might just fix my hollowing and a bit of upper hooding to go from a 4.5/10-6/10 eye area and let my chad jaw and height do the reat
