I've been really interested in my genetic ancestry and even want to take y dna haplogroup test by 23andme, althought i dont have money rn :/, Is is to possible to tell my phenotype just by looking at my face?

yes, Alpine is very similiar to me imho, same nose shape, mandible and browridge, its also very common in central-east europe
