I've heard that you can expect to gain 0.5 inches of girth from PE, and 1 inch can also be gained from filler
So 6 inch girth is pretty much guaranteed from that for most people

PE gains depends from person to person, I got 1/2 inch in girth in a matter of weeks, idk about fillers they might look/feel unnatural and weird, I will not get them

the fillers only last about a year if its hyaluronic
