Intelligence and uhh i have rituals like and its in direction and odd numbers and shit and for the thoughts about intelligence i do problems on r/cognitivetestign

Its hard bc to stop my ocd i have to stop caring about my intelligence which means either i just sotp caring or i stop my thoughts by getting a high score on a test which is impossible bc my brain just literally doesnt think from how anxious i am when i do problems
