Can you cut mouth corners for a better mtnr?

I have full but narrow lips as you can see in the image below. I’m wondering if I can use a razor consistently to achieve permanent lip widening.

Obviously I would need to disinfect the razor and the area i’m cutting each time. And they would be micro cuts instead of one big slash.
