I lost like 10 pounds during the 124 hour fast but I'm still not completely satisfied. I think if I can get my waist down below 70 cm then I'll finally feel complete inside.

To some extent I guess, but you know I'm not wanting to transition or anything, I'm just trying to become cuter while still maintaining a healthy amount of muscle mass for a male.
