can you do sports while on 4mg erda

i might take erda in the future but i am a sporty teen who does many clubs and plays for lots of teams but ive heard with erda you shouldnt do sports or even lift but does this apply to 4mg daily and how to stop parents from getting suspicious?

from what I've heard your joints and clavicles and shit hurts like hell so you'd have trouble playing sports probs
