i’m trying to get to 10% and im 20% body fat right now. i’ve been watching goatis and want to eat red meat, but also realize i have a lot of face fat and am an extremely hungry person. i gain weight very easily.

if i were to eat 3000 calories worth of red meat a day, would i gain weight?

you need to lose weight to cut body fat for the most part. i have a decent amount of chub. i don’t know how else to get it off

you will probably not gain weight it's harder to eat 2000 cal of red meat than 3000 cal bread
