i’m trying to get to 10% and im 20% body fat right now. i’ve been watching goatis and want to eat red meat, but also realize i have a lot of face fat and am an extremely hungry person. i gain weight very easily.

pro tip: you don't gain weight if u dont eatyou need to lose weight to cut body fat for the most part. i have a decent amount of chub. i don’t know how else to get it off

why would seasonings make a difference if the caloric intake is the samenot that much no red meat doesn't make you gain weight unless you eat it with a lot of seasonings or with other high calorie foods
