Can you ever recover from getting involved in bp?

I'm not as bad as a lot of people on here (partially because I'm a grey), but after being involved in bp for like 4 years and being on this forum for like 1 year, looks and other factors affecting smv are always on my mind whenever im looking at anyone in public and in photos I'm constantly looking at all of my flaws and how I compare to everyone else. Is this ever fixable? I never grew up without love really nor have I not had romantic relationships, so idrk why I'm like this anyway.

You never got involved in it, you were always in it, it didn’t bother you earlier, don’t let it bother you now. The more attractive the more you pull, the more attention you get. People know that since kids, just that now you got some randomn table of what are flaws and what are this and that, and some pseudo science shit made up by incels to name shit
