Can you exercise with 1inch lifts?

Or would it feel very uncomfortable? Anyone has any experiences they can share?

Yes but do static bike for cardio and dont do shit that requires a lot of equilibrium like lifting bars standing up

sorry bro completely ruins the workout, it makes benchpresses into incline lifts and pullups are too easy with that frauding

I wouldn't workout in lifts if you do any exercises standing up (squat, deadlift, ohp, etc) since they can place more preasure on the front of your foot and offset your balance. If you're doing chest or exercises laying down then I dont see a problem

My main concern is like running and jumping, deadlifts, squats n shit are cope anyways

then in that case it should be fine, most running shoes arent flat and have lifts in them anyway so it should still be fine

Yes, I deadlift squat bench etc. in 1 inch lifts with no issues. If they are well made and your heel doesn't poke out you can run.
