Can you expand one side more with MSE?

lets take for example the 12mm device, i suppose that they get proportionally divided, so 6mm in the one and 6mm in the other side

is there any option to expand one side less than the other or when you turn the screw the whole device widens

i dont know how the device works

sadly the assymetry is in the zygomatic bone, so i had hopes that i could expand my one side more to mask ogre eye area

it's possible to remove asymmetries with:
- bimax (oblique mouth)
- sarpe (theorically)
- custom zygo implants (asymmetrical zygos)
- specific zygomatic osteotomy (asymmetrical zygos)
- chin wing / sidewing (asymmetrical jaw angles)
