Can you fix a 39mm alar base without surgery?

For those who want to know why im not doing surgery its because im 16.
My nose is ruining my entire harmoney and sharpness, im pretty lean to a point i have chest veins and permanent forearm veins.

I already have a decent jaw and eye area the main issue i have is my nose if i fix that i could probably touch htn

Forward growth of the maxilla and CCW rotation raise the tip of the nose and make it look narrower. Do any type of face pulling (if you’re very recessed, do F1 face pulling, or only towel face pulling). Topical isotretinoin can also make the skin thinner, use it 3–4 days per week, and once you achieve results, use it only when you go out.
