can you fix a large neurocranium with hair?

by fix i mean cover up and make it look normal or small, guys like brad pitt and wentworth miller look good with shorter hair and one of those reasons is there neurocranium being small. Can someone fraud there neurocranium with a fringe or would it fail?

Neither brad Pitt nor wenthworth miller have small neurocraniums. They just have both a really square jaw so their average-big neurocraniums are in balance
