Can you fix an overbite without surgery

i am going to see an orthodontist next month

is there anyway they can fix my overbite without pulling back my maxilla

what should i ask for

No, but they dont always pull back the maxilla sometimes they bring the lower jaw forward or shift the teeth up/down.

If you have sfs and deep overbite then no. If you have like 1 stage of it then maybe

You can fix an overbite with braces however you can’t fix the jaw deformity

nah with deep overbites they tend to bring the lower teeth up in order to align them

it aint deep and i dont have sfs but it ruins my bite and makes my chin look recessed

does it pull my jaw forward too

lol i have a deep overbite aswell but my bottom row of teeth point inwards
