Look up sphenoid and masseter release.

Do primal diet so you get more bone mass. When you’re more forward grown with bone density your nose looks more aesthetic because it’s all about positioning.

If you have the money go get fibroblast skin tightening on the nasal tip. I haven’t done this and don’t plan to soon. Not planning any surgery maybe penis filler. I’m still looking into it. Primal diet is all I do because supplements, drugs and meds are all toxic.

Don't know who that is, but if it's someone with a forward grown maxilla and downturned nose at the same time, then it's normal as exceptions happen but you generally see people with forward grown maxillas w upturned noses
