If you got indentical shape, And good density, but not dense enough to give black look, can you dye them black to look like this or will not look same?

I will start using, I got dark brown eyebrows now and my target is to make my eyebrows longer, cause I see it’s still possible where I got white hairs, if all white hairs would get more dense I would have identical eyebrows as this guy, but I doubt I’ll ever achieve this lvl density so I’m asking
