Can you gain muscle if you maingain but do cardio same time to lose fat?

If I eat at maintenance/hit my protein while doing cardio same time will I gain muscle/lose fat same time or nah

Yes. You can gain muscle and fat at the same time, "maingaining" is just a glorified caloric deficit, you're eating at maintenance, but your physical activity actually puts you at a slight deficit. You will lose fat, and gain lean body mass, however as I assume you're aware, this process is much longer than normal cutting and bulking, so if you have a certain goal in mind, then I recommend you just bulk/cut until you reach it and then you maingain. If you don't and only do it to have good body composition in general, then yeah, this works.

if you're a beginner or roiding yes, much harder to do if you already have muscle mass and kinda low bf

Yes definitely but itd be the best to just eat +100-300 calories surplus to gain muscle
