I see, well that’s good man but I have to warn u it’s gonna get a lot hard once u go under 20%bf. Considering you started at 30% u def have the big back genes. Like when starved myself to a stick I was still 16%bf and then when I cut after that 2 year bulk I got stuck at 16-17%bf for a month and all the weight I was losing was muscle and water. But once I hopped on rad I was able to puncture through and lose an extra 2% in 2 weeks. I say if u find yourself in the same position at some point just take rad instead of clean clen is horrible for u.I’ve been having success cutting from above 30% bodyfat to 22% now in like 2 months and I’m still going. 700 calorie deficit + steady state cardio + lifting 5x a week does wonders. At this point it’s mostly a game of willpower but if i stall before 13% bodyfat so hard i cannot lose more weight or have to get on a shitty super low calorie diet, i’d consider clenbuterol.
Rad140 seems like a better idea once i start the bulk, to take advantage of the extra calories in-order to build muscle.
Starving yourself to a stick was despite what everyone would tell you probably the best thing you did. You cleared off all the fat which was lowering testosterone, destroying insulin sensitivity, thus allowing you to build hella muscle even if it came with crazy fat gain. Bulking from a high body fat is the worst shit you can do speaking from experience.
