can you get a lip lift and not increase the upper vermillion?

i have a slightly long phitrum but also full lips, can you decrease the philtrum length whilst also not expanding the upper lip height? or do you have to combine it with a lip reduction?

mine hasnt changed much mainly in the center of the lip became more open. good surgery i recommend, only real downside is that it can drop by 1-2mm later
