Can you get acne scars FROM using Retin A?

I have acne spots all overal my face unhealed for several weeks as I d started using retin a, is it normal
or some mickey mouse stuff?

1 month then like 3-4 weeks off and now for like 2 weeks
some acne spot are still there since these 2-3 months, its look unhealed scarish acne

Unless you're using it improperly, you're unlikely to get scarring like that from tretinoin specifically. What it could be is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation/erythema thats from the purge.
What strength are you using, how often, and how is your skin handling it (other than this issue)?

0.05, bought on alldaychemist, its handling it greatly, basically not peeling when using moistriuzer, ofc I use a sunscreen and put it 1x 1h before sleeping, its winter season where I live

Yeah that just looks like some post inflammatory erythema and a little bit of atropic scarring. Maybe try some niacinamide or azelaic acid.

I hadnt experience those before using retin a, should I stop using it to lower the risk of getting the full face of these red marks?

I don't know- I'm not omniscient. If you want to stop the retin a, then stop it.
Its not fake- tretinoin is one of the most well backed skincare ingredients that we have, sorry you're not a fan.

i was i was a fan but it caused "scarring" (looks like) on my face

Why did you start with tretinoin instead of another, more gentle retinoid? Or even a lower strength tretinoin?

Its not necessarily shitty advice. But its not what I'd advise as a starter retinoid.

and its not light, its looks like an acne....
