Acne Scars

Is there a way to make the healing process speed up. My skin is still filled with red spots but they aren’t active acne. Mostly filled with scarring but it looks like active acne to most people. I’m currently using 15 azealic acid in the morning with .1 Tret at night. Should I incorporate something else to get rid of the scarring?

No not really, you could try chemical peeling if you want
