Imagine normal chin that is vertically straight lined with lips.

But i want to get an advancement genioplasty to get that even more forward grown look.

But currently i have a mentolabial fold too. But i also want to get a taller chin at the same time so i assume genio will destory the fold.

Result is like this one.

Basically i want a chin that goes beyond lips.

it would probably look unnatural tho tbh. rarely anyone has a chin that goes like that
also a question on if you need genio or bsso.

Chin ahead of lips is absolutely not aesthetic, even from the pic you posted his chin is behind his lips

this is impossible to tell without pics. also who knows how it look after bimax

Ideal chin position for males is 2-3mm behind lower lip at natural head posture

how to phrase it better then?
cope
I will have an Orbital box osteotomy with bilateral tripod osteotomies to double my facial height to width ratio and increase my palpebral fissure lenght and a 12 mm quandrangular modified Lefort 3 as describet by Dr. Sinn with a 10 mm Lefort I with 5 degrees of countreclockwise rotation and a mandibular BSSO with 3 inches of advancemend and chin wing osteotomy to create a hyper ant face which was discovered by Dr. Sailer who i can not afford to go to. Throw in an Almond eye surgery Dr. Taban style, meaning with lateral canthoplexy, lower lid retraction surgery and orbital decompression. Make me an aggressive wraparound jaw implant with exactly these specifications: 15 mm of lateral jaw angle augmentation with 6 mm horizontal augmentation to my ramus. Use Peek not silicone and remember to use 2 titanium screws on each side for fixation. As for the chin, recontour it to a wide square style.

Yes, a genioplasty could do that. You would have to find a surgeon who would be willing to operate on a non-recessed chin, and a lot would turn you down.

That kind of jutting chin (David Laid's is not too extreme) looks bad on most men. It just looks decent on him because he already has top-tier forward growth that makes it look less extreme.
