I am currently on the 12 day of NoFap because of NNN and just noticed that I can get an erection in under a minute by just concentrating on it. Without any physical stimulation as well as without porn or porn imagination. Just a bit thinking about a woman’s body that’s all.

Are you able to do this? Because I actually think that NoFap is the reason for that

I did 60 days no fap then messed up but started a new streak straight after and I'm on day 13 now but I think porn fucked my brain up a lot because I have withdrawal symptoms (no sex drive, depression etc) and it's hard to get an erection
