Can you get an imdo with an under bite? Assuming you get a high lefort 1?

Bimax is a combination of a lefort 1 and bsso which is good but bsso doesnt add depth to the bone usually added to this you dont get as much movement anteriorly with bsso.


The IMDO surgery is a excellent surgery for bone expansion and depth plus you usually dont need to apply bone graft to the bone i think they screw the bone in with titanum screws.


Assuming you get a high lefort 1 or a modified lefort 3 your looking at huge amounts of changes the biggest change is rotation though.


Assuming you get high lefort 1 you can get imdo as well right
