obviously aging is still horrible and you'll lose all your collagen, but it's not an automatic death sentence

thats me. 191cm 70 kg. I drink 5-8 cans of energy drink a day, eat at night before sleep etc and never in my life had i gone past 75 kg.

I usually get to 73kg max in winter. But in summer i usually am between 67-71 kg

I think males in general peak a bit later than PSL usually thinks because of facial fat loss that occurs in mid or late twenties and they lose that pudgy look in the face and get more angular.

yeah it's mostly the really youthful guys that get fucked up from it.

this is chico for example, as you can imagine with his hallmark being his boyish looks it didn't go well for him, he still looks alright of-course because he has great bones, but it's a shadow of his former self, and most guys do not have his bone structure so it's even worse for them.
