Can you get bimax after orbital implant?

I doubt it would be an issue considering they do them in the same surgery.

people said they would be worried about the bones moving and the implants being out of place

but wouldn't it be the same thing if they put the implants in the same surgery - unless the bones move when they do the bimax

Yes you can but it might make things more complicated.

In any case if your are planning on getting both, I would advise strongly to get bimax done first. The facial changes of bimax are not as predictable, while implants can be controlled mich better. Consider implants facial fine tuning.

Yes, but if the ideal midface concavity/convexity is achieved prior to bimax, the bimax's movement has the potential to disrupt it. So even if they do both in the same procedure, the orbital implants would likely happen second. But it's probably fine
