can you get djs after a genioplasty?

i've seen some people on reddit say they're maxfac had issues with getting them bimax if they had a genioplasty, idk if this is true ir whether or not it depends on if it's an implant or bone cut

Yes you can get DJS after genioplasty, it'll become way more difficult to do another genio however if bicortical screws were used for initial genioplasty. Might be what they're refering to.

Yes but why not both at the same time ? That's usually what most people do.

Recovery from Genioplasty is already pretty complicated so adding DJS which is even more taxing later on is calling for more trouble.
