I'd like to get filler in both upper eye lids, and under eye area, is this safe to do?

You can get a fat graft yes. What is your issue?

Does anyone have a rough estimate how much fillers would cost for undereyes?

Yay! Are those the ones that last 3 years (as mentioned above)? Or do you have to do it multiple times a year?

They typically say more like 2 years for areas with little blood flow such as under the eyes. However, there is good evidence that fillers last farrr longer than usually thought

Fat grafting can be superior long-term, but have to be done very well and carefully. Injection into arteries around eyes can be life threatening, doc must check everything every time. Percent of surviving fat varies a lot, depends on extraction and purification methods, origin, health status of patient. Sometimes, more than one procedure is needed, with 3 months interval or so.

what are the risk of fillers in undereyes?

The scariest is blocking arteries (simular to fat grafting, but can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, if it's HA-based filler and doc is fast to note the problem) or nerve damage.
Overfilling (if doc has no eye for aesthetics).
Later migration of filler (usually down to midafce/cheeks).

Migration of filler into cheeks or midface would be good for someone who's recessed tho wouldn't it?

Not really. One thing is getting these areas filled specifically and other is some sort of random assymmetric distribution of migrated filler with "bloating" effect.

isn’t migration easy to fix by dissolving the filler?

In case of hyaluronic acid yes, but it's also in your own tissues and there are new concerns about potential damage by hyaluronidase.

The issue is there’s so few doctors that will touch upper eye lids with fillers and especially not fat grafting, even with lower eye they try push you to get a bleph

What's a bleph?

avoid everything. use volufiline, risks are botched after 5 years for filler and fat grafting

if it migrates can’t you just dissolve it?

Why will the fat grafting be botched after 5 years?

go on real self. fat grafting sounds like a great alternative until you see the many complications and results. not to mention aging. if it were that good to be true it would be more popular.

i’ve looked into it - it’s a very realistic botch or complication especially consider aging. beware

can fat grafting in under eye make your lower eyelid tighter? or just improve hollowing? also, will it make the lower eyelid tighter when squinting compared to squinting (with no fat graft)

But surely you see the survival rate and any lumps/bumps in the first 6 months?
