Well the back of your head needs to be shaved if its fue of course, but not fut

Yes. That's normal practice. They just shave the back where they are taking hairs from and wherever it's being transplanted to. If you're lowering your hairline, you can just get a taper haircut before the procedure. If you're getting an extensive transplant, then it makes more sense to just shave the whole head rather than just the back and the entire front and just leave the middle.

I am just going to stop my hairloss with drugs but i might i need transplant to lower my naturally high hairline.
